TINO PEGORARO

Tino (Mr. T) has enjoyed many successful years as a keyboard player within the entertainment industry due to his versatility and ability to play an enormous variety of different musical styles, and play them well. He is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to his craft. He has gained the respect of his peers and for this reason his services are always in high demand. He is a musician that always looks and feels at home when performing and has a commanding stage presence. In Tino’s words: “I know most people think I only got the job with Nuvosound because of my sex appeal and boyish good looks, but I’d like to think it’s because I’m a good keyboard player as well”.




 

Olivia Biondo

Some say that she was born with a microphone in her hands, and that she did her first recording before she could walk, all we know is that when she sings jaws will drop. Winner of various competitions and song festival together with Rino. They are a singing force to be reckoned with.

RINO CALANDRELLA

Rino has been singing and playing guitar for most of his life. A gifted musician and music teacher, he had his first band 'The Nomads' at the age of 15 when he supported and backed many local artists including John Farnham at the Broadmeadows Town Hall. After 'The Nomads' he formed the band 'L'Universo' which proudly supported his idols Gianni Morandi and Nicola Di Bari on their Australian tour with concerts held at Festival Hall in front of thousands of fans. He then teamed up with current long-time drummer Ross Puglisi and together they played with various bands at numerous functions including a seven year residency at Melrose Melbourne with the very successful 'Universe' and a very young Silvie Paladino to the current young Olivia.
In 1998 he won the First Edition of 'Fantasia Della Canzone Italiana' with his own composition 'Senza Te' sung in duet with Olivia.
 

ROSS PUGLISI

Ross (the boss) has truly done it all! An incredibly talented musician who through the years has played not only Australia-wide but internationally. There would not be a style of music that this man hasn’t played. Ross is not only a talented and versatile drummer but also an accomplished sound and recording engineer as well. When not playing, his services are in great demand, whether it be mixing or recording. Due to his versatility and great understanding of music, he is truly a valuable asset to Nuvosound. In Ross’ words: “I love being a drummer because I get to sit down a lot”.
 

SEBASTIAN  IOPPOLO

 A.K.A. The Bass Machine.  Many of his professional musical colleagues agree that very few bass players have a more precise sense of timing than this man.

A music teacher and player for many years, Sebastian is at home both on the stage and in the studio, and has worked with some of Melbourne’s best musicians including Ray Smith and Tony Pantano. His love and passion for all types of music is infectious and is reflected in his enthusiasm, the feeling and the natural drive he displays in his playing.

Sebastian is fluent in just about any style of music and has often said, “I will play anything for money, or to be admired by women.”
